The Dunn Street Residences site is 2.65 acres site located within proximity to the Falls view area and the tourist core. The site surrounds major tourist artery Stanley Avenue to the east, McLeod Road to the south and Drummond Road to the west. It is approximately 2.4 kms south of Highway 420, which is part of the 400-Series Highway Network that extends across the Niagara Region and Southern Ontario.

The Dunn Street Residences is close to numerous amenities to service prospective tenants. It is centrally located to neighbourhood amenities, including C.B. Wright Park, immediately south, the Scotiabank Convention Centre, 900 meters east, and Heximer Avenue Public School, 850 meters west. Besides, there are numerous local and national retailers located along Dunn Street and Drummond Road, including Shoppers Drug Mart and Scotiabank.

The Falls View neighbourhood is situated 600 meters east of the proposed Residences. It comprises a corridor featuring several large casino/hotel resorts running parallel to the Niagara River.
